PRESENTER Fraste FRP RANGE I – Mounted on Two-Axle Trailer

It is an automated device for loading Drill Rods, Heavy-Duty Rods, and Casing Pipes – RANGE I, designed to optimize drilling operations for loading/unloading drill strings with rods up to 6 meters in length.

Main Features: ● Rod Rack - The FRP is positioned in front of the drilling rig and allows loading from both sides. It is equipped with a support frame with hydraulic lifting and hydraulic stabilizers for perfect levelling. ● Central Loader - Equipped with a hydraulic clamp for diameters from 114 to 406 mm, it ensures safe and fast lifting and sliding toward the rotary head. Designed for 6-meter drill pipes and casing. ● High Capacity -The structure can hold up to 30 drill pipes or drill collar, easily reloadable using a crane or lifting equipment available on site. ● Full Integration with the Drilling Rig - The system is powered directly by the machine’s hydraulic system through hoses and quick couplings supplied as standard. ● Fully remote control operations.
