Important supply of different Fraste drill rigs to one of the largest private groups operating in Ethiopia, is on the way for shipping.
This is an all-comprehensive supply, compared to the standard, as this contract provides for the supply of everything necessary for the set up "from A to Z" of a drilling company, completely equipped with three drill rigs with capacity from 300 to 1000 meters depth, using all drilling systems.
The supply is divided into three lots, mainly shared in:
Lot "A", for 300 mt depth
Lot "B", for 600 mt depth
Lot "C", for 1000 mt depth
Each lot specifically required different characteristics even in the drilling rig itself, as listed here below:
Lot "A": nr. 1 FRASTE FS 300 drilling rig, mounted on 6x4 truck, with mud pump and compressor on board.
Lot "B": nr. 1 FRASTE FS 400 drilling rig, mounted on 6x4 truck, with mud pump on board and separated Moto-compressor with its own transport truck.
Lot "C": nr. 1 FRASTE FS 500 drilling rig, with mud pump on board and separated Moto-compressor with its own transport truck.
As told, each of these lots, besides requiring the supply of a specific drilling rig mounted on truck, includes the whole drilling equipment and service vehicles as follows:
nr. 1 6x4 support truck with cargo box and 8 ton hydraulic crane.
nr. 2 Toyota Pick up for personnel transport.
The whole drilling equipment/string with drill rods, drill collars, stabilizers, tricone bits, down the hole hammers, different diameters, for 300 mt - 600 mt and 1000 mt depth.
Equipments and spare parts for ordinary maintenance.
With the addition of two 150 and 350 HP generators and related submersible pumps for flow tests.
The supply includes an adequate and in-depth commissioning and training at customer’s site for 8 weeks; the course will be realized by highly qualified Fraste technicians that will follow each stage of the set-up and the operations of drilling rigs to ensure the maximum functionality of them.
The whole supply was brilliantly carried out by Fraste staff, who provided to the complete fulfilment of this contract with "turnkey" formula, with professionalism, punctuality and precision.
